Engineering and Certification
Our prefabricated buildings are designed in-house and certified by structural engineers to meet site specific conditions including extreme heat climate zones, coastal environments, bushfire areas and cyclonic wind regions.
We engage with registered building surveyors to ensure our buildings meet the National Construction Code of Australia (NCC), Section J of the NCC to ensure energy efficiency, and any local government or other specific requirements from governing bodies.
