Overview

Fleetwood was contracted by Victoria Police Academy to deliver multiple structures for one of its administration facilities. The buildings included several office areas, amenities facilities, compliant ramps for easy access, outdoor seating options and kitchen services for new recruits and staff.

Fleetwood’s role was to deliver a full turnkey solution which specifically included:

• Traffic Management

The project was dependent on the collaborative relationship between the relevant stakeholders working with the Fleetwood operational team to coordinate the delivery program within the tight time frames.
