Springfield Pavilion

Overview

Fleetwood Australia was contracted to deliver a full turnkey solution for Springfield Pavillion. Located on the site of the existing building, the new multipurpose functional pavilion is used by the Croydon Rangers Gridiron Club, local residents as a recreational hub as well as a dog park where pets can be safely let off the lease and exercise behind a secure fence.

Solution

Located on the site of the existing building, the new multipurpose functional pavilion consists of the prefabricated modular construction of a new double-storey building containing an accessible internal passenger lift, kitchen, bar, kiosk, female-friendly change rooms, amenities, meeting room, office spaces, first aid room and accessible car parking.

Fleetwood completed the construction onsite in 17.3 weeks including the demolition.
