Solution
Gateway Lifestyle Villages offers over 50’s with a selection of one, two and three bedroom homes. The villages also feature resort style facilities including a community centre, bowling green, pool, tennis courts and many more community-oriented facilities to blend in with Fleetwood’s affordable housing solutions. The initial contract between the two companies commenced in 2015 under a supply agreement for the continued supply and installation of modular homes to specific locations, which has allowed Gateway Lifestyle Villages to meet the current demand for community living.
