Overview

Fleetwood Australia partnered with CC Pines to design and manufacture a new Australian Embassy that was entirely built in Smithfield, NSW, before shipping internationally for installation on site in Rabat, Morocco.

Solution

The new state-of-the-art Australian Embassy Building
is 450 sqm and consists of a reception area, offices, interview rooms, amenities, sick bay, breakout rooms, data room and kitchen facilities.
Other features included the highest quality ballistic rating to the exterior of the building, CSC certification for shipping, ducted air conditioning, DFAT security and acoustic requirements as well as a high-level office fit out.
