Ariella Estate Sales Office
Overview
Located close to the attractions of both Whiteman Park and the Swan Valley and within close proximity to both the Ellenbrook (4kms) and Midland (10kms) Town Centre. Cedar Woods Properties released land for sale within a private estate in Brabham 30 minutes north east of Perth as part of one of their developments. The project scope asked for an architecturally designed sales display office to promote the sale of land from an environmentally friendly and fast solution.
Solution
Having an immediate requirement for the site, Fleetwood were able to offer a full turnkey solution from design through to installation within three months. The bespoke build boasts high walls and ceilings (3.1 metre), ample light and quality contemporary finishes with the addition of a timber pergola and access ramp blending into its natural surroundings.

The sales display office has provided Cedar Woods with a product that resonates the quality of the company’s offering and the private estate in which it is located. Fitted with large commercial glass sliding doors that opens to panoramic views of the estate from the sales desk, the sales office optimises open space and natural lighting for its day to day dealings with customers. The modular solution also provides Cedar Woods with the option to relocate this building at a minimal cost once the estate is completed.
