Our Winning Projects:
Excellence in Prefabricated Building – Infrastructure: Sydney International Speedway
Our Sydney International Speedway project was recognised for its outstanding infrastructure. The use of modular construction allowed us to deliver a state-of-the-art facility, designed for major speedway events.
The project’s scale was immense, involving the installation of 56 modules across a 19,375 square foot area. Despite facing extreme weather conditions, COVID-19 restrictions, and labor shortages, our team successfully met the project’s high standards. The use of modular construction allowed us to minimise disruption on-site, keeping the broader precinct operational and reducing environmental impacts.
Best Use of Materials in Prefabricated Building: Bamaga Junior Campus
The Bamaga Junior Campus project was awarded for its innovative use of materials, particularly TRUECORE® steel, which enhanced the project’s durability and sustainability. Located in a remote area of Queensland, this project presented unique logistical challenges, but through strategic planning and the application of modular construction techniques, we delivered a modern, functional administrative building that perfectly aligns with the school’s requirements.
This project is a clear demonstration of how modular construction can effectively address the challenges of remote locations, offering high-quality, sustainable solutions that meet both environmental and functional needs.
