We are experts in delivering dynamic solutions to an exceptional quality, we pride ourselves on not only being modular builders but in sharing every customer’s vision: understanding, planning and having the flexibility to deliver a successful project.
Fleetwood specialise in manufacturing high quality modular buildings that exceed expectations. We continually push the envelope with customised yet functional modular design and our reputation for delivering technically complex and challenging projects and timelines with skill and innovation precedes us. Every day, our team is working to deliver diverse projects around Australia for our customers and the broader community.
Fleetwood offers customers a full turn key solution from inception to the installation of a project. Managing such operations demands first-rate construction management―something Fleetwood has provided for decades on projects big and small around the country.
Advantages of Modular with Fleetwood
Time: At Fleetwood up to 90 per cent of our construction is completed inside our factories; this work can occur simultaneously with site and foundation work which allows projects to be completed up to 50 per cent quicker than traditional construction.
Quality: Accredited to ISO9001, quality control is built into every step of our modular construction process. Our production facilities integrate best practice in design and workflow; this controlled indoor environment streamlines the quality process and reduces waste providing the same quality, durability, adherence to building standards and longevity as conventional construction. This focus on quality and efficiency in production also makes costs more predictable providing the advantage of budget certainty.
Environment: Fleetwood is committed to reducing our environmental footprint. We utilise the best quality sustainable building materials and our state-of-the-art factories and build methodology allows us to greatly reduce waste by recycling materials and effectively managing inventory levels. Our relationships with key suppliers ensures all materials arrive ready for installation, minimising waste and maximising time efficiencies. With fewer site disturbances and tighter construction management, off-site modular construction is a greener solution.Meet The Team >>
