Overview

Fleetwood delivered full turnkey projects for several regional Police stations throughout Australia including the Carina, Dhurringile and Goodna stations. Providing new holding facilities, administration and amenities facilities for occupants and staff.

Solution

Fleetwood’s role was to deliver a full turnkey solution which specifically included:

• Project Management

The success of the program was dependent on the collaborative relationship between the relevant stakeholders working with the Fleetwood operational team across multiple states to coordinate the delivery of each facility within the tight time frames provided to help upgrade outdated facilities.
