Located 15km east of the Perth CBD and a short drive from Perth Airport. The Hales Estate is rapidly becoming one of Perth’s most sought after liveable communities. Due to its location and rapid growth an architecturally designed, environmentally friendly sales display office was required to promote the sale of land within this foothills estate.
Solution
Fleetwood provided a full turnkey solution with design to onsite installation being achieved in under four months. The sales office was designed to integrate with the natural surroundings of the estate. With large double sliding doors, high ceilings and contemporary finishes providing a bespoke aesthetic look along with a highly functional office space.
Benefits
The large open floor plan allows for a seamless transition from the internal sales display area to the outdoor viewing platform – providing the perfect backdrop for customers and staff to converse. Providing the ideal space for its locale the innovative modular solution can be relocated in the future to cater for further developments.
